Hack
While some hostiles on Eden may be wild creatures or unnatural abominations, many use technology in some way, including the great Relics and their kin that wander the ruined cityscapes of the planet. Those who use technology can either be greatly hindered or (in the case of the Operator's allies) greatly aided through the use of this discipline, which can provide healing for allies and a variety of negative effects for enemies.
Role-Playing With HackThose who master this discipline are computer experts on an almost preternatural level. They instinctively know what a machine is capable of, what it needs to function best, and some go so far as to describe a machine’s hopes and dreams. It’s almost as if they can communicate with the machines they work on. Some speak aloud while tinkering and others just mumble in their minds. Either way, there is a clear line of communication between the machine and its Operator as the tech speaks in emotions and impression rather than a verbal message.
Ritual: Net DiveUsing a VR interface and a point of Destiny, your consciousness enters a virtual world where you can see and interact with any network of interconnected technology. Here, you extract secrets, overwrite security, and decrypt and download data with ease. After starting this ritual, state one thing you want to accomplish or gain from the network for every 15 minutes you remain within the virtual world (up to 1 hour) and the GM will allow you to make a Feat with Advantage to accomplish this (some role-playing to accompany your journey through cyberspace is recommended).
