Brewed from the remains of magical beings dissolved in a powerful semi-magical acid, Decoctions infuse those who drink them with the powers of whatever being they were made from. Make no mistake - Decoctions smell and taste quite foul and are rarely consumed by anyone but adventurers looking for every edge they can find in their quests. A Decoction can't be taken unwillingly or quickly; it requires at least 5 minutes of intentional consumption to get the substance down and benefit from it.
